My class today

Hello! I had my leadership class today with Professor Tina Kistler. She is a very well known professor on campus because she is known for going out of her way to connect personally with students. Her office is literally 5 feet and across the hall from mine, and there are always students popping in. I am excited about the leadership class, because I will be learning communication skills.

Additionally, I forgot my backpack in class and she recognized it and let me know. She took the time to chat a little about what I think about the class, and gave me a suggestion of a person to send an informational interview for.  That put me back on track with connecting with people who I admire and want to gain inspiration from. I think this is going to be a very special and unique class.
